RSC, HSC, FOL/POl, tray, wrap-around, display and other case types can be accommodated Which case packer to use depends on your product, case type, case size(s), and speed. We specialize in getting to know your product, process and production requirements in order to optimize the right case packer for you. Decades of experience with understanding your products unique ‘personality’ is what sets us apart from the competition. We offer a choice of construction from painted steel to Stainless Steel heavy wash down, designed to handle your production environment no matter what your market is from food and beverage, pharmaceutical, personal care, industrial, plastics, or replication. Conventional Case Packers We offer a wide range of conventional case packers in Horizontal (HCP) and Vertical (VCP) configurations, each can be optimized for your plant layout and production flow. Units can be configured as right hand, left hand, inline, or counter flow, easing your ergonomic requirements and production needs. Additionally we can design in product laning, low or zero back pressure product infeed, open flap detection, and a choice of sealing with glue or tape. We can also integrate 3rd party equipment such as product and case labeling, check weighers, readers, machine vision, and shrink wrappers. Main motions can be Servo driven or Pneumatic depending on production throughput rate, product handling, and your specific requirements. We use the highest quality components in our equipment as standard, or we can build equipment per your specifications. Horizontal case packers come in a variety of base machines from our economical HCP-10 to our high performance HCP-30, with case production rates of 10 (HCP-10) and 30 (HCP-30) cases per minute maximum respectively depending on your product. Vertical case packers can either be top load or bottom load and are also offered in a variety of speed ranges and construction options.. Robotic Case Packers Our Robotic Case packers are custom designed for your exact needs and are typically designed as vertical top or side load. We offer single or multi-robot packers which offer flexibility and performance which are ideal to accommodate a wide variety of products types and SKUs. These packers can also be designed with all the options of our conventional packers enabling a truly complete case packing solution. In addition, we offer a unique combination of robotic case packer and palletizer in an all-in-one solution, further optimizing floor space and your budget. |
