 The Schneider Accumulator / Plastic Dairy Case Loader places gable top cartons into plastic tote cases. |
 Pint size gable top cartons are picked and placed into a 5-panel wrap around style case using grippers. For tiered product, a pad is placed between layers. |
 The Schneider/Fanuc LR Mate is utilized for pick and place for placing small cartons into trays. Infeed of product is accommodated at up to 300/minute. Cases are discharged at up to 6.25/minute. |
 Novelty size juice cups are placed into a 5-panel wrap around case in three layers. The middle layer is inverted to eliminate the requirement for a layer pad and also assists in preventing leakage. Infeed of product is accommodated at up to 720/minute. Cases are discharged at up to 15/minute. |
 The Schneider Vertical Case Packer places gable top cartons into top load RSC cases. |
 Using vacuum, over wrapped packages of cheese are vertically loaded into RSC style cases. |
